How to hide the “Add a comment” link in a request view?

If you want to hide the “Add a comment” link displayed in the request view, you can do so by configuring an extended property on the service.
Steps:

Open the configuration of the service linked to the request.

Go to the “Extended Properties” tab.

Add a new property named
HIDEADDCOMMENT
(in uppercase). -
Set the value of this property to
TRUE
.
Once set, this property will disable the option to add comments in the user interface for all requests associated with that service.
⚠️ This configuration only affects requests linked to the service where the property is defined.
